1. Head Coach
* Must be a registered Coach member of US Lacrosse (KGYL will refund this membership cost based on successful background check)
* Must have successfully passed a background check with US Lacrosse.
* Must be working towards minimum Level 1 certification by second year of coaching
* Responsible for player's safety at all times
* Ensure our players have the most fun
* Ensure player & team lacrosse development 
* Responsible for all team specific communications to parents and/or team manager
* Communicates practice plans to assistant coaches prior to each practice
* Responsible for establishing & modifying game rosters each week
* Escalates any problems/issues to the board as necessary


2. Assistant Coach
* Must be a registered Coach member of US Lacrosse (KGYL will refund this membership cost based on successful background check)
* Must have successfully passed a background check with US Lacrosse.
* Must be working towards minimum Level 1 certification by second year of coaching
* Specific duties as assigned by Head Coach
* Assist Head Coach at all practices & games
* Escalates any problems/issues to the Head Coach as necessary

3. Team Manager
* Help the Head & Assistant coaches with any parent communication, as necessary
* Coordinate non lacrosse needs at games, as necessary (snacks, tent/camp setup, spiritwear, etc..)


Please note that only Head Coach and Assistant Coaches (US Lacrosse adult members with successful background checks) are allowed on sidelines during games.
